Since so many musicians applied to the International Low Vision Song Contest of the DBSV youth club that some had to be sorted out, it quickly became clear to us that something regular was needed.
The Low Vision Charts idea was born on a beautiful spring day.

The Blindenstiftung Deutschland is a non-profit foundation that advocates for the interests of people with visual impairments. It is the umbrella organization of the associations of the blind and partially sighted in Germany. The Blindenstiftung Deutschland is a member of the German Parity Welfare Association (DPWV).
