The Blinden- und Sehbehindertenverband Niedersachsen e.V. is the umbrella organization of the associations of the blind and partially sighted in Lower Saxony. It represents the interests of the blind and partially sighted people in Lower Saxony and advocates for the equal treatment of people with visual impairments.
